Model Apartment - product presentation

The purpose of this project is to demonstrate how Interactive 3D programs can assist real estate companies present housing options to clients.

This application allows the user to explore the interior of a 3D apartment from three different view points, the kitchen, the living room, and the bar/counter. These view points can be changed by clicking on any one of the three hot spots located on a map in the upper right corner of the screen. The user can also rotate their perspective by clicking and dragging the mouse.

You may download the interactive Apartment. The download is 4.44 MB (zip file) and is intended for Microsoft Windows operating systems only. The latest 3D graphics card is recommended for the presentation to work properly.
